From coordinating with schools and suppliers to managing donor records and writing grant applications, our small but mighty team ensures every euro is maximized. Founder Yvonne Dondi oversees operations from Germany, liaising with on-the-ground volunteers and school administrators in Kenya.

We face challenges—transport issues, rising costs, and the emotional weight of unmet needs. But what keeps us going is the belief that every child matters and deserves a fair shot at life.
